LCDRA Repeaters

Information about our repeaters...

The Lansing Civil Defense Repeater Association operates and maintains five local repeaters in the Greater Lansing Area.

  • 145.390 Okemos  This repeater is the flagship of the LCDRA Family and is located on the WKAR tower site in Okemos. This repeater has a standard (-) offset with 100Hz PL in and out.  If you do not have PL, dial 3, 2, 5 on your keypad to turn the PL off.

  • 146.940 Lansing  This repeater is located at Ingham Regional Medical Center and is used as the primary backup to the 145.390 for SKYWARN and other functions. Standard (-) offset with 100Hz PL in and out.  If you do not have PL, dial 3, 2, 5 on your keypad to turn the PL off.

  • 146.700 Lansing  This repeater is also located at Ingham Regional Medical Center. Standard (-) offset with 100Hz PL in and out.  If you do not have PL, dial 3, 2, 5 on your keypad to turn the PL off.

  • 224.980 Lansing  This repeater is also located at Ingham Regional Medical Center near downtown Lansing. This repeater requires a 100.0-Hz PL tone for access.  If you do not have PL, dial 3, 2, 5 on your keypad to turn the PL off.

  • 145.47  Onondaga, is the local repeater for the  IRA linked repeater system.  This repeater is located on the WILX TV-10 broadcast tower located in Onondaga and requires a 114.8-Hz PL tone for access. There are 2 remote receiver locations. One in Lansing ( PL 100.0 ) and one in Okemos ( PL107.2 ).  .
